Technical characteristics:
1. High connection strength, stable and reliable connection quality. The joint strength can reach the industry standard JGJ107-2016《 Technical specification for mechanical splicing of steel reinforcing bars》 Grade I. The tensile strength is not less than the actual tensile strength or 1.10 times of reinforced steel bar tensile strength standard.
2. Material save. For example, making a 40mm diameter steel bar connecting sleeve, extrusion sleeve’s weight is 4kg, straight screw sleeve is 1.1 kg. The weight of straight thread connecting sleeve is only 25% of extrusion sleeve, but has equivalent joint performance to squeeze connection.
3. Convenient construction, fast connecting speeds. Rebar thread head is processed in factory, it will not occupy construction period. Connections are assembled on site, save time. Rebar thread head can be processed simply. Rebars can be peeled rid and rolled thread once fixed, fast processing speed, high precision molding thread and wide application range.
4.No special requirements of welding of rebars. It is suitable for diameter 14~50mm HRB335, HRB400 rebars in any direction and path of connections.
5. Environmental construction. The thread operation and connecting on site are no noise pollution, no fire, no smoke, safetyand can save energy. The equipment power is only 3~4kw, no special need of distribution facilities nor setting up a special wire lines. Good low temperature resistant performance. Passing -40℃ test. All-weather construction, will not be affected by wind, rain, snow and other weather conditions.
